After a 21 Year Hiatus, Corey Hart Is Back
Corey Hart is a Canadian singer who has been on the US Billboard Top 40 chart nine times and has sold over 16 million records worldwide, mainly due to his popular 80s hits including 'Sunglasses at Night,' 'Never Surrender' and 'Boy in the Box.' He was even nominated for the Grammy Award for Best New Artist in 1984. Now, 21 years after the release of his last album, 'Jade,' the singer is ready for his comeback with an epic North American tour, kicking off in Newfoundland, Canada.
Earlier this year, the comeback for Corey began with him being inducted into The Canadian Music Hall of Fame and releasing his EP 'Dreaming Time Again.'
Corey has received many accolades in recognition of his work and talent. He has been awarded and nominated for numerous Juno Awards and has been honored by the Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada (SOCAN) and the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP).

after 22 years
since i last saw him in Calgary at the Jubilee auditorium. It was a thrill at the time and was left hungry for more, what it would be like to see him in front of a much larger crowd.
On June 20th, i was NOT disappointed one bit, quite the opposite. Corey was at the top of his game and man did he put on a great show.
He was overwhelmed and ever so gracious. No pretense about him and definitely great showmanship.
You can tell this is someone who has taken VERY good care of himself and looks at least a decade and half than his birth certificate indicates.
His voice is still great and you could tell he was feeding off the love from the crowd.
Now Corey, your family is raised and it's clear that your fans have NOT forgotten about you. We are till hungry for your music and shows.
I would be remiss should i fail to mention the great opening performance by Glass Tiger, i would see both performances again in a heart beat! Thank you for an unforgettable evening hoping there will be more. ... Read more

Stellar performance!!!! Loved the whole night! Glass Tiger was awesome and Corey Hart and his band were fabulous! The energy level at Rogers Arena was huge all evening. I would go see both bands again. Corey Hart hasn’t aged at all and has the same energy he had years ago. Such a fun night!!!! He talked to the crowd during his songs and it was one big party! Corey Hart return to Calgary
WOW,WOW, WOW! I was always a fan of Corey's and loved his music like many but had never seen him in concert. A friend, who has always been a huge fan and seen him every time he has come to Calgary, wanted to go and I was more than happy to join her - soo glad I did! I had heard how nice of guy he is and heard an interview with him on the radio as he was coming to Calgary to promote his exhibit - he really is a nice guy is the feeling I was left with. While Corey's musical talents are what brought him to all of us, his positive, motivational and HUMBLE spirit is what resonated with me last night. Corey spoke to us often during his concert and the video shows were fantastic to see and just further enhanced the spirit of this man. The heart felt message to all of us to "Never Surrender", fight for what we believe and want resonated with me in a HUGE way as I have been dealing with soo much loss and family drama since my father's passing and the bad decisions he made that have left this girl with a broken heart. Corey's message had me crying as was many other fans. You could see Corey was over whelmed as well and appreciated the love we were giving him. I am left feeling so BLESSED that I was in the presence of such an AMAZING man - they just don't make them like this anymore. THANK YOU Corey for an AMAZING night this girl will never forget!!!! ...
