We may no longer hang mistletoe or roast chestnuts over an open fire, but there is one tradition that remains a Yuletide stalwart, and this year, Alberta Ballet presents a world premiere reinvention of the tale from Artistic Director Francesco Ventriglia! 

With the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra and the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra playing Tchaikovsky's classic score alongside all-new sets, costumes, and choreography and an exciting new interpretation of the second act's globe-trotting adventure, this new Nutcracker is sure to delight audiences of all ages!
